LOBBY AND ENTRANCE AREAS - DAILY

• Entrance door glass and fames to be cleaned inside and out.
• Floor mats will be moved, vacuumed and replaced.
• Door frames will be dusted or wiped.
• Hard surface doors (public areas) will be swept and spot cleaned.
• Brass will be cleaned.
• Horizontal surfaces within will be damp wiped.
• Directory board will be cleaned.
• Ashtrays and or receptacles will be emptied and cleaned.
• Finger marks and smudges, to head height will be removed.
• Keep baseboards in clean conditions.
• All trash to be taken out to dumpsters.
  

ELEVATOR - DAILY

• Door and frames to be damp wiped to remove fingerprints and smudges.
• Elevators with carpeted floors will be vacuumed and spot cleaned.
• Elevator cad interior and exterior bright work including buttons to be cleaned and polished using appropriate methods.
• Elevator door channels and thresholds to be cleaned.
• Elevator emergency telephones and control panel to be damp wiped.

CORRIDORS - DAILY

• Door Tiled areas will be swept using treated dust mop and washed.
• Carpeted areas will be vacuumed and spot cleaned when necessary.
• All horizontal ledges within reach will be dusted.
• All cigarette urns will be emptied and cleaned.
• All drinking fountains will be cleaned and sanitized.
• Remove all finger marks and smudges from elevator doors and frames and all other doors.
• All vertical surfaces within reach will be spot cleaned if necessary.
• Wash service sinks and keep janitorial closets in a neat and clean condition.
• Fire stairwells to be cleaned.

OFFICE CLEANING - DAILY

• All carpeted areas and edges will be vacuumed.
• All the floors will be swept and damp mopped.
• Partition glass will be free of finger marks and smudges.
• Smudge marks, etc. will be removed from all walls, doors, and door frames.
• Doors and frames in all tenant areas will be spot cleaned.
• Cleared office furniture will be dusted.
• All cleared file cabinets and other storage cabinets will be dusted.
• All telephones will be wiped when necessary.
• Waste baskets will be emptied, damp wiped when necessary, and put in new liners.
• Keep baseboards in clean conditions.
• Thoroughly wash hand disinfectant all lavatory areas.
• Keep all door kick plates and push plates in clean conditions.
  

LAVATORIES - DAILY

• Mop floors using a disinfectant, rinse dry.
• Thoroughly wash basis, water closets, urinals and toilet bowls using disinfectant.
• Wash all toilet seats using a disinfectant and leave in upright position and free of water marks.
• Clean all mirrors, flushometers, piping, seat hinges and metal trim.
• Damp wipe walls and wall fixtures, moldings, stalls and other surfaces.
• Partitions to be free of water splashing, finger marks and dust.
• Replace all paper hand towels and hand soap, etc.
• Empty water and disinfectant down floor drain.

TILE FLOORS

• To be buffed as needed.
• Waxing floors as needed.
• Carpet and upholstery cleaning.
